Jim,

We might be able to help.  I could set up an older PC with Linux, 
outside our firewall (you could install ipchains to protect it as a 
virtual firewall), and keep it at our office.  I suppose the things that 
might make you not want to do to this are if the bandwidth demands can't 
be met by our ~750K bit SDSL connection, or if the bandwidth demands on 
the server can't be met by an older PC.

But why not use sourceforge?
